Plus, another staff member who was a platform artist and educator for many years.
Has an espresso bar and baked goods from the Rocket Bakery, as well!

Appointments
Your services are personally reserved for you. Therefore, your punctuality is greatly appreciated.
We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving the Salon. Just ask our receptionist, and we'll arrange everything.
All appointments must be prepaid or guaranteed with a credit card reservation.
Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment, 72 hours for parties of 4 or more.
This courtesy allows us to schedule another guest, and in turn, maintain a higher availability or our services for you, as well as for others.
All cancellations without 24 hours notice and all no-shows are subject to be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Payment of our services
We accept: Cash, Personal Checks, Visa and MasterCard.
Gift Cards
Can be purchased in salon and can only be redeemed at Incognito Salon & Day Spa.
Unused value can not be redeemed for cash or credit.
No cash or credit card refunds will be given. Gift Cards do not expire.

Group Events
A day out with the girls, a Bridal shower, Moms and Daughters, ask us if we can help set up a special event for your group.
An 18% service charge will be included in all parties of four or more. We require a credit card to confirm appointments.
